1-Sept-2014: Lin LIU started her internship at IODE
Ms LIU is currently following an Erasmus Mundus Master Course in Maritime Spatial Planning. Previously she worked as a research engineer in Singapore and Hong Kong on hydrological and environmental modelling based on geospatial and remote sensing data.
During the next 5 months she will contribute to the second phase of the Caribbean Marine Atlas (CMA2) project, in particular related to MSP activities and marine biodiversity (OBIS) in the Caribbean Sea.
CMA2 will contribute to better Integrated Coastal Zone (ICZ) and shared Living Marine Resources (sLMR) Governance and Management in the Caribbean Sea, by providing key stakeholders a gateway to spatial data and information, guides to standards and best-practices and decision-support applications.
