The objective of the workshop is to explore ways to improve the training infrastructure in Europe and to enhance networking and collaboration of different NHMSs within the Eumetcal framework. Particular emphasis will be spent on the competency assessment framework, also addressing possible solutions that may be useful to fill the gaps identified in the assessment.
